Consent to the Processing of Personal Data

This is a translation of the Russian-language document provided for information purposes only. In case of any discrepancy between the Russian and English versions, the Russian version shall prevail.

1. General Provisions

This Consent to the Processing of Personal Data (hereinafter — the Consent) is given by the personal data subject (hereinafter — the Subject) to the operator — Акционерное общество «Технопарк «Саров» (TIN [реквизит уточняется], address: 607328, Нижегородская область, г. Саров, ул. Парковая, д. 3) (hereinafter — the Operator) — freely, by the Subject’s own will and in the Subject’s interest, in accordance with Article 9 of Federal Law No. 152-FZ dated 27.07.2006 «On Personal Data».

The Consent is provided in the form of an electronic document by the Subject placing a mark in the corresponding field (checkbox) when filling out and submitting forms on the website sarov.studio.insoweb.ru. Placing the mark means that the Subject has read the terms of this Consent and accepts them in full.

2. Purposes of Processing

The Consent is given for the purposes of: reviewing and processing the Subject’s inquiries, applications and requests; registering for events and booking services; providing feedback; concluding and performing agreements; and informing the Subject about the events, services and projects of the Operator.

3. List of Personal Data for Which Consent Is Given

Consent is given for the processing of the following personal data provided by the Subject when filling out forms on the website: surname, first name, patronymic; contact phone number; e-mail address; organization name and position; information contained in documents and files submitted by the Subject; other information voluntarily provided by the Subject.

4. Actions Performed with Personal Data and Methods of Processing

The Subject consents to the Operator performing the following actions with personal data: collection, recording, systematization, accumulation, storage, clarification (update, change), extraction, use, transfer (provision, access), depersonalization, blocking, deletion and destruction. Processing is carried out both with and without the use of automation means (mixed processing).

5. Transfer of Personal Data to Third Parties

The Subject consents to the Operator entrusting the processing of personal data to third parties (processors) acting on behalf of the Operator under an agreement concluded with them, for the purposes specified in Section 2 of this Consent, namely: hosting and infrastructure providers; web analytics operators; providers of application, booking and payment services. Such persons are obliged to maintain the confidentiality of personal data and to comply with the requirements for its protection.

6. Term of the Consent and Procedure for Its Withdrawal

The Consent is valid from the date of its provision until the purposes of processing are achieved or until the day of its withdrawal by the Subject.

The Subject may withdraw this Consent at any time by sending a written application to the Operator at info@techpark-sarov.ru or to the postal address 607328, Нижегородская область, г. Саров, ул. Парковая, д. 3. Upon withdrawal of the Consent, the Operator ceases processing and ensures the destruction of personal data within a period not exceeding thirty days from the date of receipt of the application, except where processing may be continued on other legal grounds provided for by the legislation of the Russian Federation.

7. Confirmation by the Subject

By providing this Consent, the Subject confirms that they have read the Operator’s Personal Data Processing Policy, act knowingly, that the information provided by the Subject is accurate, and that the Subject has reached the age at which they may independently consent to the processing of their personal data.
