Cancellation policy
You can cancel your booking free of charge until 18:00 on the day of arrival. The cost of the first night is charged for cancellations after 18:00 on the arrival day.
Guaranteed booking
You can guarantee a booking by paying a prepayment of at least 100% of the first night. A guaranteed booking is held until 12:00 of the day following the arrival day. In case of a no-show without timely cancellation before 18:00 on the arrival day, the guarantee payment is non-refundable.
Accommodation of children and extra beds
- Children under 4 stay free of charge without an extra bed.
- Children aged 5 to 7 pay for breakfast.
- Be sure to bring birth certificates for children under 14!
Documents for check-in
- For Russian citizens: original Russian passport, original birth certificate for children under 14.
- For foreign citizens: foreign passport, visa (including residence permit) and migration card (originals).

Technopark «Sarov» is located on 45 hectares of land in an ecologically clean area of the Nizhny Novgorod Region. Residents are offered 24,000 sq. m. of office, research, laboratory and social space, including the Business Incubator building, built with the support of the Government of the Nizhny Novgorod Region.
The Technopark offers a wide range of office and auxiliary premises: exhibition areas, offices from 11 sq. m, meeting rooms, conference halls, event venues and spacious parking.
